Faulty Goods.
When packaging items ready for despatch we are very careful to
ensure adequate packaging and that the goods are in perfect
condition before despatch. However, In the event your goods
should arrive damaged in any way please contact us as soon as
you receive your order, either by
email or by telephone on 0845 838 0681.
We will then ask you to carefully package the items and return
to us to the address below with a copy of your invoice and the
reason for return.
Upon receipt of the returned product we will promptly issue a replacement of the items
or a full refund (including your return postage costs) depending
on your preference.
Unsuitable
Products.
We try to be as clear as
possible about our products, given full and accurate
descriptions where possible.
However, if a product is unsuitable
for you, you may return it, within 14 days of receipt -
unopened, undamaged and in the manufacturer’s original
packaging - for a full refund, less return postage.
We
recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service for posting
your package.
The
returns procedure is the same as for breakages or faulty
products, outlined above. Please contact us first as
occasionally your order may have been sent direct from our
suppliers and the return address may be different to our own.
Refunds will be made within 10
working days once we have received and processed the returned
item. We will send your refund by mail if you pay by cheque or
by credit to your card if you pay by credit or debit card.
